To register your Abiie product(s), simply fill out our online product registration form or mail the registration card to:-

Please note that you only need to register your product once, either online or by mail. Both ways are accepted to activate your warranty.

If you’ve registered for an account with us, you can check your order status under the Orders tab. Otherwise, please contact us with your order number.

At Abiie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have previously purchased from us through our website and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns

Product(s) purchased directly from Abiie are returnable within a 30 day period, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping your return. Any package returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.

Product(s) can be shipped back to us using either our prepaid shipping label or your own preferred shipping method. If you opt to use our prepaid shipping label, shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. If you opt to use your own preferred shipping method, we recommend that you ship via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Note that we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.

Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received and inspected the product(s). Please note that your original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only accept exchanges on product(s) purchased through our website with a valid order number within 30 days of purchase.

To exchange your new or gently used purchase, please contact us here. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fee and it will be deducted from your return credit amount.

For your protection, we recommend that you ship via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We are not responsible for packages lost during transit.

We ship to all 48 contagious United States, Alaska, Hawaii, US continental states, APO and FPO addresses, and Canada.

We sincerely apologize as we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses other than those specified above.

Free shipping only applies to selected products when you purchase from our website for all 48 contagious US States, APO and FPO addresses. Please note that our free shipping offer does not apply to return or exchange.

If you are interested in purchasing Abiie product(s) outside of the US or Canada, please contact us and we will help you identify a retailer that has the ability to fulfill an international order.

Orders to 48 contagious United States takes approximately 3 to 5 business days while orders to US continental states, APO and FPO addresses, and Canada takes approximately 8 to 12 business days.

The warranty period for Beyond Junior Y Chair is 3 years while Huggs is 2 years.

Purchasing directly through our website will give you an extra year of warranty. 

What does the manufacturer warranty covers?2018-06-24T16:39:46+00:00

Our manufacturer warranty only covers manufacturing defect(s). Stains or damages from normal wear and tear are not covered by our manufacturer warranty.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, Abiie will service it free of charge, minus the cost of shipping and handling.
