Shipping

Do you ship to P.O. Box?

P.O. Box shipment is not available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Abiie does not ship internationally with exception to Canada and US territories. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to ship to 48 contagious states, including handling time.

Orders shipped to US Territories, FPO, APO and Canada will take approximately 8 to 12 business days. Final pricing will be quoted prior to payment completion.

Product Registration

How do I register my Abiie product?

To register your Abiie product, you can either:-

  1. Fill out the online registration form found here.

If I complete my product registration online, do I still need to mail my sales receipt?

No, you do not. Sales receipt will only be needed if you mail it in to us.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Items purchased directly from Abiie are returnable within a 30 day period, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Please note your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Please contact us if you need to return a product for a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any package returned without a valid RMA will be refused.

We can provide a prepaid return shipping label. Shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund if you choose to use the prepaid shipping label.

You may also send your return using a shipping method of your choice, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping and handling. Please note that we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Abiie is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.

If items purchased through any of our authorized retailer, please contact the seller for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

When will my return credit appear on my account?

Credits typically take 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your return items at our warehouse. All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service department and must have been originally purchased from Abiie.

Warranty

How long is the manufacturer warranty for Abiie products?

Below are the warranty for different Abiie products:-

  • Beyond Junior Y Chair: 3 years
  • Huggs: 2 years
  • Parst & Accessories: 1 year from date of purchase

You can purchase additional warranty (up to 3 years), for a total of 6 years for Beyond Junior Y Chair and 5 years for Huggs.

Does the manufacturer warranty covers stains or damage from wear and tear?

Stains or damage from normal wear and tear is not covered by our manufacturer warranty plan. Wear and tear occurs with ordinary, everyday use of your product.

Manufacturer warranty is designed to cover damage caused by a specific incident.

Overall cleaning is not covered as this is considered maintenance for normal wear and tear as opposed to the spot cleaning provided by the plan for accidental spills.

How can I claim my warranty?
